My local parts store also makes hydraulic hoses; Fosters on Wildwood in Cleveland Tn. They had the kit on the shelf. I think some of the big chains now stock them as well.

I have swapped many a transmission in the driveway on jack stands before I got my lift. It is entirely possible. The hardest parts are getting to the upper bolts that hold the transmission to the engine. They are E10 so be sure you have the right socket. And use lots of extensions. Lower the transmission as much as possible to get some room to work.

Also be sure you have the Jeep jacked up high enough to get the transmission out as it will be difficult to jack it up more once you have supported the engine.

Be careful taking the lines loose from the transmission. Invest the $7 on new clips when you put then back in to prevent leaks. If you have swapped an engine this will be no harder.

Take pictures and let me know how it goes.
